DELIVERY OPTIONS

All orders are despatched Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00 GMT.

(This excludes bank holidays*)

Orders placed after 13:00 GMT will be dispatched the next working day. 

Next Day delivery is only available on orders placed before 13:00 GMT cut off time.

All of our items are insured, fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.

Please ensure you select an address where someone is present to accept your items.

If no one is present at the time of the delivery a card will be left for you to collect from your local depot.

We cannot change the address once an order is placed.

For international orders please ensure an up to date telephone number is inserted at the checkout to receive regular shipping updates.

If you refuse delivery of an item or the parcel is returned due to numerous delivery attempts you will be charged the cost of delivery as a penalty.
